Wild food forage

September 12 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

| £20

In this family friendly workshop you will join us on a wild food forage in Bute Park. Come and learn about the wild food available in late summer and autumn and have fun foraging for wild edibles.

Our tutor Michele Fitzsimmons is a permaculture designer and educator. She runs her business Edible Landscaping, as well as teaching several courses at Cardiff centre for lifelong learning. Guided my Michele, you’ll learn how to forage safely, how to identify edible plants and how to use your wild harvest. Children can attend for free with an adult and will have some special foraging activities to take part in.

Get in touch if you have any questions or would like to request a discount for a group booking.

This workshop is part of our Skills for Sustainable Living range, encouraging us all to make small changes in our lifestyles towards a more sustainable future.
