Do you want to make the most of your produce? Come and learn practical techniques for saving and using herbs, fruit and veg from flavoured butters, cordials to tasty seasonal pickles and preserves.
In this practical workshop Hannah from Free Range Learning will be sharing all her tips and tricks for making tasty pickles and preserves. There will be plenty of tasters from local producers for inspiration and then you will be in the kitchen making your own so don’t forget to bring your apron!
