Do you want to avoid wonky shelves and DIY disasters at home? Join this workshop to skill up and become a confident DIY god/goddess!
In this workshop you will learn how to carry out everyday household repairs and maintenance such as stopping a leaky tap or sorting out the silicone seal around your shower, combined with tips and useful household hacks to help you save time, space and money at home. Our tutor Noreen will demystify DIY and take you through the contents of a basic DIY toolkit.
Noreen has owned and redecorated a house, lives on a boat, and is working on a campervan conversion. She knows how to do stuff with drills and saws and screws and bits, and she’s always happy to spread the DIY love.
We strive to keep our ticket prices as low as possible so that our workshops can be accessible to all. We are able to offer a limited amount of free tickets to those on low incomes so please get in touch if you wish to attend a workshop but feel that the cost is prohibitive.

Yn y gweithdy hwn byddwch yn dysgu sut i wneud yr atgyweiriadau a’r gwaith cynnal a chadw yn y cartref, fel trwsio tap sy’n gollwng neu roi sêl silicôn o gwmpas y gawod, ynghyd ag awgrymiadau a chymhorthion defnyddiol ar gyfer y cartref er mwyn arbed amser, gofod ac arian yn y cartref. Bydd Noreen, ein tiwtor yn datrys dirgelion crefftau cartref ac yn eich arwain drwy gynnwys set o offer crefftau cartref sylfaenol.
Mae Noreen wedi bod yn berchen ar dŷ ac wedi’i addurno, mae’n byw ar gwch ac ar hyn o bryd mae wrthi’n trawsnewid cerbyd gwersylla. Mae’n gwybod beth i wneud efo driliau a llifiau a sgriwiau ac ebillion, ac mae hi bob amser yn hapus i rannu’r cariad hwnnw am grefftau cartref.
